основные принципы регистрации импортируемых и экспортируемых товаров.
Основной принцип учета всех ввозимых или вывозимых из страны товаров определяется их таможенным статусом или видом таможенных процедур, которым подвергаются товары. При характеристике товарных потоков с точки зрения их учета статистикой внешней торговли важное практическое значение имеют определения: таможенной границы (customs frontier), государственной границы; таможенных складов (customs warehouse); свободных зон (commercial free zone), свободных гаваней или свободных складов; товарной (таможенной) декларации (customs declaration). Учет экспорта и импорта товаров осуществляется по "специальной системе", при которой включаются: в э к-спорт — товары национального происхождения; товары, вывезенные после обработки; реэкспорт с завозом в страну; в импорт - товары, предназначенные для внутреннего потребления, поступившие из-за границы; товары, завезенные для обработки (переработки) на предприятиях страны. Моментом учета товаров при "специальной системе" считается дата штемпеля на таможенной декларации о переходе границы.
